Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 120 g sugar, possibly cane sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp, or 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 175 g oat flakes, wholegrain or wholegrain oats
- 50 g raisins

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Adults and children alike love these cookies! Even without raisins, they’re delicious!
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except for the raisins. Add these at the end. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls. Flatten these balls slightly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 10-12 minutes. Tip: These cookies can also be baked without raisins. They also make delicious Christmas cookies.
