Fine turkey strips

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1,200 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 12 plums in red wine
  • 4 onions, coarsely chopped
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 500 ml red wine (dry)
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp jam, cranberry
  • 250 ml broth
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • chili powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sear the turkey strips with the onions. Add all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with spaetzle, dumplings, or croquettes.
