Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Chinese cabbage or pointed cabbage
- 150 g minced beef, pork or poultry
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 stalk(s) spring onions
- 100 ml cream or Cremefine
- salt and pepper

quick and tasty for the one-person household
Brown the ground meat in oil. Then slice the cabbage into strips and finely slice the spring onion. Add to the meat and fry briefly. Deglaze with warm water or broth and simmer with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Season, then pour in the cream, stir, and enjoy. Enjoy with boiled potatoes, spaetzle, or simply on its own. This recipe is quick to prepare after work. It saved me from buying ready-made food.
