Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 500 g turkey breast fillet(s), shredded
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- Thyme
- Broth, instant
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the meat and fry until golden brown. Season. Use broth sparingly, as it will otherwise overpower the flavor. Stir in the tzatziki. Simmer at low heat for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavor of the spices to penetrate the meat. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Finally, fold in the cooked pasta. The addition of tzatziki makes it look like a creamy sauce, but has far fewer calories.
