Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g margarine or butter
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- n. B. Egg yolk for brushing
- n. B. Sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Let it rest overnight. Roll out the dough and cut out small squares. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
