Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the ultimate recipe

Mix all ingredients together and form bifteki (feta cheese and tomato filling are also great). Either pan-fry or grill. Boris’ Metaxa sauce from DB goes great with it!
