Couscous with minced beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s), finely chop
  • 300 g carrot(s), peel and grate
  • 30 ml rapeseed oil
  • 750 ml tomato juice
  • 250 g couscous
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

well suited for pre-cooking or freezing

Prepare the carrots and onion. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the minced meat, then season with salt and pepper. Add the diced onion and sauté briefly. After 2 minutes, add the grated carrots and continue to fry. Deglaze everything with tomato juice. Add the couscous and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
