Tina's minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 400 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the ground beef in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Dice the onion and add it to the ground beef, letting it simmer for a bit. Then pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat slightly. Add the tomato paste and stir well. Dice the tomato and add it to the sauce. Season the sauce again generously with salt and pepper. Now add the cream and simmer the meat sauce for about 5-10 minutes at a lower heat.
