Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 280 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- some rum
- 100 g cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 5 large apples, peeled and sliced

Mix the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. Pour into a greased springform pan and press up the sides. Mix together the sour cream, cream, custard powder, egg, sugar, and lemon juice. Fold in the sliced apples and place on top of the dough. Don’t be surprised, it will be rather runny, but it will set. Bake at 175°C fan oven (preheated) for about 60 minutes.
