Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g pasta
- 150 g broccoli florets
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 liter vegetable broth or meat broth
- 100 ml cream
- herbal salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- some parsley, chopped
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté briefly in hot oil in a large pot. Then add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the broth and add the pasta to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, finely dice the tomatoes. Season the pasta with salt, pepper, and paprika. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with the diced tomatoes and parsley, and grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta, if desired.
