Ingredients for 24 servings:
- 180 g butter or margarine
- 180 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 60 g pudding powder, vanilla
- 500 g quark, 40% fat
- 250 g quark, 20% fat
- 4 bulb(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Fruit can of course be varied
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the eggs, and continue beating. Now add the custard powder and mix. Fold in the quark thoroughly. Peel and dice the pears and fold them into the batter. Divide the mixture between two muffin tins. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven. Of course, you can also bake them with less fat using low-fat quark, but they’ll be nice and moist this way.
