Double Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 180 ml milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 110 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grate the chocolate and mix half of it in a bowl with the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Cream the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix. Alternately add the milk and the flour-chocolate mixture and mix everything until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into muffin cups and decorate with the remaining chocolate pieces. Bake the muffins at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Makes about 12 muffins.
