Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g wholemeal flour
  • 30 g protein powder, flavor of your choice
  • 5 g dry yeast
  • 80 ml milk or water
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 g honey
  • 100 g berries or fruit of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients. Add the water or milk and mix well with a dough hook. Then stir in the egg and honey. Finally, fold in the fruit and pour the batter into a suitable baking dish. Bake the cake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40-45 minutes in a non-preheated oven. Remove from the oven, let cool, remove from the pan, and enjoy! This serving serves one person. It’s enough for a small springform pan, about 16 cm. 600 kcal per serving.
