Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g cane sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300 g chocolate
- 100 g cranberries, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
approx. 20 cookies
First, cream the butter until fluffy. Then add the brown and white sugars, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs. Then, add the flour and baking powder to the bowl. Finally, chop the chocolate and mix it into the batter along with the cranberries. Shape the dough into small balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball) and place them on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them to allow for the cookies to spread. Bake the cookies at 180°C (convection oven) until the edges are lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
