Quick pasta dish with leek

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, Italian
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and add the dried herbs. Grate the Gouda cheese. Slice the leek into rings and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the pasta and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat. Stir in the tomatoes and sprinkle the cheese on top. After a few minutes, the cheese will have melted and the pasta dish is ready. If you like, you can also add cooked ham.
