Brunch pasta with tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 100 g cream cheese (brunch)
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain. Heat a little oil in a pan and briefly fry the pasta. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the pasta. Add the brunch and oregano to the pan and stir until the cheese has melted and coated the pasta. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
