Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultaschen, approx. 500 g
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 4 tomatoes, ripe juicy
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Maultaschen into slices lengthwise. Dice the ham, tomatoes, and onions. Heat a pan with a little oil. Fry the Maultaschen, gradually adding the onions and ham, and fry everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and continue frying. Then sprinkle the grated cheese on top and remove the pan from the heat. Once the cheese has melted, mix everything well and serve. It’s quick, tasty, and filling!
