Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- salt water
- 1 small can of peas
- 3 slices of salami
- 1 package of tomatoes, pureed
- salt and pepper
- curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
When there’s more month left than money…
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the salami into small cubes and drain the peas. Brown the salami in a pan without oil. Add the peas and fry for 2 minutes. Add the passata and season generously with salt, pepper, and curry powder. If desired, add garlic to the sauce. Serve with the cooked pasta.
