Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly sausage
- possibly chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water until tender, drain, and return to the pot. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika and pour over the spaghetti. Stir and let set. It also tastes good if you mix finely chopped sausage, such as salami or bologna, into the egg. Chives also go very well with it.
