Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g pasta (Fleckerl)
- salt water
- 100 g sausage leftovers
- 150 g peas
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water. Finely chop the leftover sausage. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the finely chopped onion. Add the leftover minced sausage and the peas. Let everything cook for a bit, then add the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper. We serve it with a green salad.
