Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg turkey breast or chicken breast
- 1 large red bell pepper(s)
- 2 packs of Brunch Paprika Pepper
- some chili flakes
- salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- some curry powder
- some parsley
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chicken or turkey strips – quick and delicious!
Cut the meat into pieces and place in a bowl. Mix with a dash of oil, salt, pepper, curry powder, paprika, and chili flakes. Then fry in a preheated pan. Meanwhile, dice the bell pepper. Just before the meat is cooked, add the diced bell peppers and fry briefly. Once the meat is cooked, add the two cups of brunch and bring to a boil briefly. Season to taste, if desired. A little garlic gives the dish a special touch! Serve with spaetzle, rice, or noodles.
