Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g almond(s), ground or nuts
- 350 g chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy and beat in the eggs. Then add the flour, baking powder, and almonds or nuts, and finally fold in the chocolate. Shape the cookies roughly to your desired size, as they won’t rise or spread much. You can choose the chocolate according to your taste; if you prefer it sweeter, use whole milk, but I prefer dark chocolate. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
