for the big hunger, like from the pizza baker
Knead all the dough ingredients into a smooth dough. No need to make a pre-dough! Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each out thinly and circularly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper without letting it rise. Tip: Sprinkle a little more flour on the baking paper to make it easier to fold the calzone together later. Place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with a little oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. You can also add onion and garlic powder if desired. Divide the sauce equally between the halves of the circular dough. There should be two tablespoons left over to spread on the outside of the calzone. Now top with salami, ham, mushrooms, and finally cheese. Here, too, some cheese should be left over for the outside. Carefully, using the baking paper, fold the calzone shut and smooth the edges to prevent any juices from escaping. Spread some tomatoes on top for a decorative effect and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C top/bottom heat for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
