Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 40 g syrup (caramel)
- 1 tbsp flavoring, caramel flavor (drink flavor)
- 200 g margarine, soft
- 2 eggs
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp, leveled baking soda
- ½ tsp, leveled salt
- 150 g sweets (Mr. Tom peanut bars)
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, syrup, and flavoring (using a hand mixer or food processor). Meanwhile, mix the flour with the baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Stir the flour mixture into the batter. Using 1 teaspoon, place small portions (chestnut-sized) onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them (careful, the batter will spread). (I also use a shot glass, which I dip into cold water, and use to shape the cookies into rounds.) Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (preheated) or 160°C (fan oven). This makes about 50 cookies.
