Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g pasta as desired, cooked (possibly leftovers from the day before)
  • 75 g cooked ham, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • e.g. coconut oil
  • n. B. Vegeta Asia
  • curry powder
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious leftovers

Heat the coconut oil and fry the noodles and cooked ham. Season everything with Vegeta Asia, curry powder, and ginger paste, if desired. Crack the eggs over the top and stir until set. Sprinkle with parsley on the plate.
