Andi's Lyoner goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 rings of sausage (Lyoner)
  • 1 can of tomatoes (pizza tomatoes, finely pureed)
  • 2 can/n mushrooms, (sliced)
  • 1 onion(s) (diced)
  • 2 gherkins (diced)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some spice mix (Hungarian goulash spice)
  • some chili oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sauté the onion in chili oil and add the finely chopped Lyoner cheese, mushrooms, and gherkins. Simmer gently, adding seasonings to taste. Deglaze with the wine, add the tomatoes, and thicken with the flour. Then add the cream and season to taste.
