Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 large jar of lettuce (Pusta salad)
- 1 large jar of tomato peppers
- 1 liter of broth
- 1 jar of shallots
- 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with minced meat
Brown the minced meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato and peppers and pusta lettuce. Fry briefly, then deglaze with the broth. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add the tomato ketchup and shallots and heat through. If you like, you can also add some finely chopped gherkins. Enjoy with baguette.
