Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 50 g honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 g almond flakes
  • 250 g semi-sweet chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Chocolates to give as a gift or to enjoy yourself, makes about 40 pieces

Briefly bring the cream, honey, sugar, and flour to a boil in a saucepan while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the flaked almonds. Chill the mixture until lukewarm. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a tablespoon, place about 40 small heaping spoons on the mixture and bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175°C / fan: 150°C / gas mark 2) for about 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating. Brush the underside of the almond heaps with it and let it dry.
