Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 bags of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Spread the batter into a 26 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. The cake base can be divided into two portions and used for any desired purpose. For a dark cake base, use chocolate pudding mix.
