Chocolate tart

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g dark chocolate coating
  • 150 g butter
  • 75 g flour
  • 275 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 30 g butter
  • 120 ml cream
  • Cocoa powder, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the butter and chocolate coating in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Sift the flour over the mixture and fold in. Fold in the melted butter/chocolate coating mixture. Pour the entire mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. After baking, turn the cake out and let it cool. For the glaze: Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stir in the warm cream. Let it cool, then spread the mixture all over the cake. Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder. A little tip: If you get the feeling that everything is too runny and the cake is never going to turn out, just keep going. I had the same problem the first time. But it turns out well and is delicious.
