Hunter's sauce with lots of vegetables for pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 500 ml sauce (hunter’s sauce) from the jar
  • 300 g vegetables, frozen
  • 3 spring onions
  • 8 mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions and finely slice the mushrooms. Prepare the frozen vegetables in a pot according to the package instructions, add the onions and mushrooms, and cook. Four minutes before the pasta is finished cooking, stir in the hunter’s sauce and heat through. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
