Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter or margarine, soft
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp rum
- 200 g flour
- 75 g chocolate, sprinkles
- possibly chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter until creamy. Sift the icing sugar over the butter and stir in. Gradually mix in the egg yolks and rum. Sift the flour over the butter. Sprinkle the crumbs over the butter and mix everything briefly. Fill a piping bag with a perforated nozzle and pipe 1 cm thick and approximately 5 cm long sticks onto a greased baking sheet. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 2) for about 15 minutes. The sticks should be lightly browned around the edges. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet immediately and let them cool on a wire rack. If desired, dip the baked goods in chocolate coating and let them dry.
