Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 350 g sardines, in oil (can)
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Remove the sardines from the can (careful not to break them). Drain and arrange on a platter. Reserve the oil. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash, tear, and chop the parsley. Mix the onions, garlic, oil, and lemon juice and pour over the sardines. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Serve with warm baguette.
