Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp lime juice (alternatively lemon juice)
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 320 g flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes about 50 cookies

Beat margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then stir in yogurt and lime juice. Combine flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir in. Using 2 teaspoons, drop small portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
