Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 1 can peach(s) (halved, sugared)
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, clear
  • 4 cups of sweet cream
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Aranca Lemon)
  • Juice (multivitamin juice)
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Drain the peaches, reserving the juice. Cut the drained peaches into small cubes. Cook the glaze according to the instructions, but reserve the peach juice and add the rest to the water. Stir the peach pieces into the glaze. Place the cake base in a cake ring and layer the peach mixture on top. Let everything cool. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and layer it on top of the cooled peach mixture. Prepare the aranca with multivitamin juice according to the package instructions and pour it over the cream, spreading it evenly. Chill overnight. Before serving, loosen the cake ring using a knife moistened with warm water.
