Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 200 g dates
- 2 eggs, of which the egg white
- 150 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon, maybe a little more
- wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Pit the dates and slice them into thin strips. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the powdered sugar, almonds, and cinnamon. Drop the mixture onto the baking sheets using teaspoonfuls. Bake at approximately 175°C for approximately 15-18 minutes.
