Spaghetti with salmon and shrimp in brunch sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 3 packs of cream cheese (Brunch Paprika-Pepper)
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of shrimp(s)
  • e.g. milk or cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water as usual. Cut the salmon into small cubes and fry them with the shrimp. Add the brunch to the pan until it has completely melted. Then add enough milk or cream until the sauce is nice and creamy, then season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and serve. Ciabatta bread goes very well with this dish.
