Tortellini in spinach and tuna

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg tortellini (preferably spinach/gorgonzola filling)
  • 3 packs of spinach (spiced spinach)
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 400 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), peeled
  • oil
  • Tabasco
  • Sambal Oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Thaw the seasoned spinach in a pot and bring to a boil, then drain the tuna. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly fry the peeled garlic in it, then remove it. Then sauté the diced onion and add the tuna. Add the spinach to the pan and stir briefly again. Finish everything with cream and season with salt and pepper. All that’s missing now is a dash of Tabasco and a small pinch of sambal oelek (if you like it a bit spicy). Arrange the pasta on plates and pour the sauce over it. Serve immediately.
