Dare to be deliciously spicy – no eye will remain dry

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Deseed and roughly chop the habanero peppers. Sauté the ham cubes along with the chopped vegetables and habanero peppers in a little olive oil. Add the minced meat and brown, stirring constantly. Deglaze with the wine, then add the passata and pizza tomatoes. Bring to a boil and thicken with tomato paste, add the chopped basil leaves, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, then season again, stir in the cream, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions, arrange on a plate, and pour the habanero Bolognese sauce over it.
