- 260 g flour
- 30 g cornstarch
- 210 g butter, soft
- 60 g powdered sugar
- ½ lemon(s), the peel
- Cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar/vanilla mixture

Knead all ingredients, chill for 10 minutes, line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 160°C. Scoop teaspoon-sized pieces of dough, shape them into balls in your hand, and place them on the baking sheet, keeping a little space between them. Put the cocoa powder in a small bowl, dip a not-too-large bottle opening into it, and press them into the balls. Bake for about 10 minutes. Then, place the bottoms of the mushroom cookies in the powdered sugar/vanilla mixture or leave the cookies bare.
