Pasta with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (penne or farfalle)
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 2 thin spring onions
  • 150 g cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, slice the smoked salmon into thin strips and the spring onions into rings. Bring the cream, milk, and orange juice to a boil. Stir in the smoked salmon and season the sauce with saffron, salt, and pepper. Heat the spring onions in the sauce. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.
