Tortiglioni in paprika cream sauce with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g Mett, optionally minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, red
  • ½ package tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • 400 g tortiglioni or other pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Dice the onion and bell peppers. Fry the ground pork with the onions. When the ground pork has browned slightly, add the diced bell peppers and fry briefly. Deglaze with the passata and sour cream and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the cream and simmer over low to medium heat. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Just before the pasta is tender, add the parsley and chives to the sauce. Mix the drained pasta with the sauce and serve.
