Quick pasta – sausage – pepper – pot

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta
  • 1 sausage (Debreziner)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • Basil, some fresh leaves
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the half bell pepper into very small cubes and slice the Debreziner sausages. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small saucepan and fry the sausage slices. Reduce the heat, then stir in the cream and cream cheese. Add the paprika and season to taste. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, sprinkle with the fresh basil, cut into small strips, and enjoy!
