Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 g cashew nuts
- 10 g desiccated coconut
- 40 g coconut oil
- 130 ml maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 30 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Vegan
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix all dry ingredients together, add coconut oil and maple syrup, and knead with your hands until a dough forms. Form into cookies and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on your oven) until golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet.
