Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can condensed milk, sweet, approx. 300 g
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp water, cold

Heat everything except the 2 tablespoons of water in a wide, uncoated pan until boiling. Stir constantly and be careful, as the mixture burns very easily. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. When the mixture is nicely browned, stir in 2 tablespoons of cold water and pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let cool slightly, then cut into pieces.
