Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g walnut kernels
- 120 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml water

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Place the nuts in a hot pan. Add the cinnamon sugar and mix with the water. Bring everything to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once the water boils, continue stirring until the water has evaporated. Continue stirring until the nuts are nicely shiny (approx. 5-10 minutes). Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let cool.
