Roasted noodle soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g noodles (soup noodles)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 tsp broth, clear, instant
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast the soup noodles in the butter until partially browned, then deglaze with water and add clear broth. Simmer the soup until the noodles are tender.
