Delicious breakfast oatmeal soup without sugar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 ml milk
  • 100 g oat flakes, whole or fine
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Then, while stirring, add the oats and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, sweeten with honey to taste. I like to add 2 tablespoons per serving. The soup will be quite thick using this recipe. If you prefer it thinner, simply use more milk than directed.
