- 250 g broccoli
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp germ oil
- 400 ml water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Garlic
- Cayenne pepper

Chop the onion, trim the broccoli, and finely chop the stalk. Sauté the onions and broccoli stalk in oil, then add the broccoli florets. Continue sautéing briefly, then add water and vegetable stock. Simmer until the vegetables are tender, then puree and season with spices to taste.
