Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g of After Eight candy
  • 55 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 140 g nuts (macadamia), grated

Melt the confectionery over a double boiler and set aside. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and beat for another minute. Stir in the melted chocolate, salt, and flour. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease two baking sheets. Roll the cold dough into 2.5cm balls, roll them in the grated nuts, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the “Sweet Secrets” for about 10 to 12 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
